Fuck That, sometimes referred to as “Dumb Bitch”, is a black and white drawing of a laughing man that is often seen in rage comics. It is typically used as a reaction face to convey a dismissive attitude towards someone or something.
Origin
The comic character is based of an expression Yao Ming makes during an interview from May 2009. At 1:29 he makes the face that was captured in this photo:
On Reddit
On July 11th, 2010 a Reddit thread 1: was posted by artist “downlow” 2 that featured drawings he had made for rage comics that were never used, and included the Yao Ming drawing amongst several others. In the thread he confirms 3 the drawing was from the Yao Ming picture. One Redditor commented that it looked as if Yao Ming was saying “bitch please”.

Usage
Left to right: Dumb Bitch, Fuck That
The “dumb bitch” variety are often used in misogynistic jokes in rage comics, while “fuck that” versions tend to express a more general flippant attitude.
